Your State Officers
Oregon FCCLA Officers are elected by their peers at the State Leadership Conference and represent Oregon’s membership. The State Officer team develops a program of work aligned to the strategic goals of Oregon FCCLA. Throughout the year the team interacts with the membership to implement and enhance FCCLA’s programs. Lazarus Warriner
Secretary
South Albany High SChool
Secretary
Lazarus Warriner is the 2026-2027 Oregon FCCLA State Secretary. He attends South Albany High School, and in Fall of 2026, he will be a senior. He has been a member of FCCLA for the past year and is excited to improve his leadership over the next year. Some of his hobbies include cooking, listening to music, and reading. Outside of that, he loves volunteering and going to school.
The 2026 State Leadership Conference was the first Lazarus had attended. At the conference, he competed in the Culinary Arts STAR event and placed 2nd, along with qualifying for Nationals. After graduating from high school, he plans to attend Linn-Benton Community College for two years before transferring to Oregon State University to complete the remainder of his degree. He hopes to attain a doctorate in pharmacy, which he has begun working towards by taking and forecasting the necessary AP classes at his school. His career goal is to work as a pharmacist at a hospital somewhere in Oregon, since the location is not as important to him as the career itself. He has volunteered for many events, such as concession stands at his school, “The Great Pumpkin Patch,” and game nights at Oak Elementary School. Volunteering has made him more motivated than ever to help people in his community, which fuels his passion for becoming a pharmacist later on. He will work as hard as possible to make these goals a reality and help his State Officer team achieve theirs, too.

Abbigail Park
VP of Communications
Enterprise High School
VP of Communications
Abbigail was born in Eugene, Oregon and moved to Enterprise, Oregon in fifth grade. It was a hard move, especially in the middle of the pandemic shutdown. She started out as a shy student, but has since stepped into leadership roles and grasped every opportunity she can to prepare herself for life beyond high school. Balancing grades and other responsibilities is tough, but Abbigail puts her schoolwork and leadership first, earning top grades in all of her classes and encouraging her classmates to be loud, active, and involved. She is a strong believer in school spirit and togetherness. She has received multiple awards from individual classes, and was named the Outstanding Student for both freshman and sophomore year.
Abbigail Park hopes to one day become a published author, and for now she is focused on leadership, public speaking, and building a foundation not just for herself, but for those who come after her.

Cindy Oseguera Gonzalez
VP of Membership
Umatilla High School
VP of Membership
Cindy Osuegra Gonzalez is serving as the 2026-2027 Vice President of Membership. She is a rising senior at Umatilla High School, and beyond excited for this opportunity. Over the past two years in FCCLA, she has gained amazing memories that she will forever cherish.
Before becoming a state officer, she was able to experience how to plan and compete in some STAR events. Her first year, she did Job Interview, which helped her learn new skills and allowed her to travel to Florida for the National Leadership Conference. It was a great experience, and she got to meet new people from all over the U.S. Her favorite memory was going to Disney for the very first time. In her second year, she did a Career Investigation, which helped her realize that being a medical assistant is something she would like to do for the rest of my life. This upcoming year will be nothing short of incredible, she is sure of it! She plans to focus on increasing membership in Oregon and meeting new people because everyone has a story, and this is a part of hers!
